Back from Singapore!

Went missing the past 3 days, was having a blastin time in Johor and Singapore. Its a first for Anne and I as we threaded the public transport from Singapore to JB, fun nevertheless.

Recovering Finger

It has been about 3 1/2 weeks since little pinky accident, only today i notice the swelling reduce dramatically. The joints are still very much bengkak, so can't really move it, but it is getting slightly better day by day.....

LOTUS

I'm kinda like a mini supporter for Lotus Racing, headed by Tony (ya air-asia). Recently, they announced that the name "Team Lotus" will be used next season instead of "Lotus Racing"... YAY!!! Though I don't really understand the difference! haha.

Anyway, since that announcement, there have been a HUGE war between Tony's team and Lotus Group + Proton. Apparently, they are not allowed to use the name "TEAM LOTUS"; claims Lotus Group.

Ding.. dong.. ding.. dong.. (typical Malaysians + English)...........

And finally! I found a very very interesting article, go ahead, click here and read about it....

So technically, Tony do have rights over "TEAM LOTUS" name blah blah blah.........

and yeah, when I ask you to read the post, it was because something caught my attention, can you guess it?

Finally!

Alright, thanks to timely EL (someone stole tow guard), me find time to bloggie!
Its about the redang trip I've been mentioning, well here are some pics + comments.
1st up, we drove there, 3 cars in total! Beth beth followed us, and after 3 hours of non stop mouth action!

 Hehehehehe she gave up!

Took us about 6 1/2 hours to reach Merang, we bumped into a lodge called 'Kembara Inn', pretty cheap. RM60 per air-conditioned room. Since it is a beach resort, we took the girls out for a taste of what's to come.

 Tell you, it was hard getting them INTO the water... it is harder getting them OUT of it

So next day, we made our way early to Merang Jetty......

 Waiting..... waiting..... waiting....... and when we got on the boat.

 Beth seems to enjoy it A LOT! where as....

 Rachael found it BORING... The ride is about 45 minutes.

We stayed at Redang Bay resort, a resort we visited many years ago. Things still look the same, and my brothers....... well.....

After that we took a ride out to the open, Pulau Paku if not mistaken. We found some corals.....

But with those things, comes a JOKER!

 Spend quite some time here, and enjoyed some photo shooting!

 After that we went for another dip just outside the resort, then played some beach soccer.

The food served is actually pretty GOOD! haha bet daddy is one happy person! Besides that, we met a very happening family...

Next up, we were up for Marine park. We left early to avoid the huge crowd! and was duly rewarded

Well, fast come fast go, its all left in memory now......

Glad everyone enjoy the trip, will try and organize more! Of course I'll be making trips to china from now onwards hehe.

Lack of inspirasi hehe

Alright, have decided, will throw in resignation letter coming Monday (11th October 2010). Reason, well, lack of inspirasi here. One of my colleague commented that this place is like a library... hehe

Anyway, I do have a good offer in hand. Anyways, I really wanted to at least complete a project before leaving, but it really seems impossible at times, projects not coming in at ALL! Maybe that's why it is not motivating. Spend the first few months working on a project that we thought was a GO, but end up NO GO, same to as other projects.

Worst, each NO GO does not contribute to our KPI.

I hate to rant about work, but here's the deal killer, feel like some of them here are not open, example, IT team, we don't even talk about technical stuff even though I have tonnes of ideas. Just say I am  under utilized here hehehe.

Anyway, a new chapter will unfold soon, sure hope the future company has better environment and more projects that will tickle my aging mind hehe.
